About Spanish Language

I’ve been teaching Spanish for over ten years, and every time I enter the classroom, I remember how it all started — with my own first steps in learning the language.
I still recall the excitement of understanding my first Spanish sentence, of reading my first text without a dictionary. That feeling — the joy of discovery — has stayed with me ever since, and it’s exactly what I want to share with my students. A new language means new ways of thinking, new perspectives, and often, new paths in life.
My academic journey took me from MGIMO University, where I graduated with honors in 2009, to the Universidad de Salamanca — one of the oldest and most respected universities in Spain. There, I not only deepened my knowledge of the language, but also experienced firsthand the beauty of Spanish culture and the warmth of its people.
Since 2019, I’ve been teaching at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and before that, at MGIMO. Over the years, I’ve written several textbooks to help students navigate the learning process more easily — because I know from experience how important it is to have the right support at every stage.
Teaching is, for me, a deeply personal and inspiring process. I believe that every student can succeed — they just need the right environment, encouragement, and a bit of patience. It brings me real joy to see my students grow in confidence, find their voice in a new language, and discover what they’re capable of.
Spanish has opened many doors for me — and I teach so that it can do the same for others.
